Reservation Policies

Check In: 12:00 hrs.
Check Out: 14:00 hrs.

Guarantee policy:
We require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior the arrival date to avoid fees.

No show policy:
In case of no show a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:
A $115.00 MXN fee will be charged per extra person in the room.

Children policy:
Minors aged 12 and younger will be considered children.

Pet policies:
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
